HOBI (Hämatologische und Onkologische Beratung und Information) ist eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörige um:
- Informationen zur Erkrankung, - medizinischen Behandlung,
- Versorgung während der Behandlung bzw. im Anschluss an den Krankenhausaufenthalt
zu erhalten.
Das Angebot ist für Patientinnen und Patienten kostenlos.

Selbstmanagement & Education
• Im Konzept Selbstmanagement ist der Mensch fähig, ohne professionelle Unterstützung mit den alltäglichen
Herausforderungen umzugehen. Übersteigt jedoch die Last eine gewisse und individuelle Grenze, kann es sein, dass Menschen eine zeitlich begrenzte konkrete Hilfestellung benötigen. Ziel der Intervention ist die Wieder-Befähigung zur Autonomie im Alltag.
